Not all properties may qualify for a RUSH; please CALL before purchasing to find out if they are available for your community.
In the event of a refund, the 3% convenience fee will not be refunded.
**Some properties have more than one association and require more than one estoppel.**
IMPORTANT NOTE: A Settlement Statement or Warranty Deed must be forwarded to Harbor Management once the property has closed, so that the Association’s records can be updated accordingly.
If you are requesting an Estoppel letter on a foreclosed property, you must forward a copy of the Certificate of Title to Harbor Management in order to receive accurate account information. If not provided prior to management receiving the request, you will be subject to duplicate fees for updated Estoppels.

In a rush? Choose this option if you need an estoppel within 3 business days. Please call our office first to ensure this option is available for your specific association. Please note that the $100 rush fee is non refundable.
Expect this estoppel in approximately 10 business days.
For those who have already received an estoppel, but need an expedited update within 30 days of the original estoppel. Expect a 3 day turnaround with this option, but please call our office in advance to confirm we are able to inspect the home in this time frame.

Once you have made your payment, please submit the following form. "Payment Details" will be provided on your receipt once you have made payment. Once our clerk has received both the payment and the request form, she will begin processing the estoppel.
